Our admin team reviews your case and confirms the next steps.

Documentation
We may request medical reports, X-rays / MRI / CT, lab results if needed and other documents. There may be some back-and-forth to make sure we have everything.

Online consultation
A 30-minute Zoom consultation with Dr. Sherif ($70 USD). The doctor advises whether surgery is needed.

Follow-up & plan
By your preferred method (WhatsApp, email, phone, chat) you receive the doctor's recommendations, treatment plan, time estimates and surgery cost.

Secondary appointment (if needed)
Answer remaining questions, confirm surgery details and finalise dates and travel plan.

White-glove service (optional)
Accommodation (including options for families and companions), airport pick-up and drop-off, local transport, an Arabic-speaking coordinator, personal concierge support and follow-up via WhatsApp/Zoom after you return home.
