2001
Graduated from Kasr Al-Ainy Faculty of Medicine, then moved to the UK for advanced orthopaedic training.
UK
Basic surgical training in Manchester and North Wales; higher surgical training in the Yorkshire region.
2004
MRCS, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG).
2011
Fellowship in Trauma & Orthopaedics (FRCS Orth), RCPSG.

Two UK clinical fellowships in joint replacement (arthroplasty), plus a travelling mini-fellowship in South Africa in complex fractures and bone deformities.

Presentations at numerous European and international conferences; publications in peer-reviewed international journals.
2016
Consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery, University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust, UK, with special interest in hip and knee replacement and complex trauma.
2018
Returned to Egypt after 15+ years of UK surgical experience; consultant at leading private hospitals in Cairo and Giza.
2019
2019–present: Professor & Head of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Newgiza University; developed the undergraduate orthopaedic curriculum.
2025
Appointed International Advisor to RCPSG in Egypt, strengthening collaboration between Egypt and the global medical community.
